    We currently ship to the continental United States (lower 48 states). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and international addresses is not available at this time.

    We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses outside the continental US.

  • Dragon Tactics stands behind the products we sell and takes a practical, fair approach to warranty support.

    If you experience an issue (for example, loss of zero or inconsistent performance), we will first work with you to rule out common user-related factors such as mounting method, torque values, or setup configuration.

    If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting:

    • The customer ships the unit back to Dragon Tactics at their expense

    • Dragon Tactics will inspect and test the unit to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect

    • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will either ship a replacement unit or issue a refund, at the customer’s preference

    • Resolution (replacement or refund) is typically completed within 3–5 business days after inspection

    This process ensures issues are handled quickly, fairly, and based on real evaluation rather than assumptions.

InvisibleSight® Lasers – FAQs

  • Dragon Tactics began engaging with InvisibleSight in 2021 as an early customer, testing initial production batches of the MK3 platform. Over time, we provided structured feedback based on real-world use, which led to an advisory relationship.

    Since then, we have contributed to design refinements, technical specifications, and iteration improvements across the MK4 and MK5 generations, as well as supporting process and production capacity improvements.

    We are proud to have supported InvisibleSight’s growth as their product quality, consistency, and output scaled to meet increasing market demand.

  • This is a fair question and we want to address transparently.

    In the past, InvisibleSight experienced production and international fulfillment delays, which led to extended backorder times and frustration for some customers.

    Those issues have been resolved.

    All InvisibleSight products sold through Dragon Tactics are ready to ship, and fulfilled directly from the United States. You are not placing a backorder, and you are not waiting months or years for delivery. If checkout is available, the product is in stock and will ship within 1–2 business days.

    InvisibleSight NGAL units are designed to maintain zero under sustained recoil up to 7.62×51 NATO, when properly mounted and torqued.

  • No. InvisibleSight units are not clones, copies, or replicas in a legal sense.

    They are best described as derivative designs inspired by the NGAL form factor, while incorporating their own parts, electronics, and manufacturing processes. InvisibleSight products are independently produced and clearly branded.

    Many users choose them as high-quality alternatives to legacy military laser systems while maintaining compatibility with common mounts and remote switches.

  • ITAR / Export Controls

    ITAR applies to items specifically listed on the U.S. Munitions List (USML). InvisibleSight laser aiming devices are not classified as ITAR-controlled defense articles. Dragon Tactics sells and ships products within the United States only and does not support exports or international forwarding.

    FDA / Laser Regulations

    The FDA regulates the commercial sale and distribution of certain laser products in the US, particularly with respect to how they are marketed and to whom they are sold.

    Importantly, FDA restrictions generally apply to manufacturers and sellers, not to civilian ownership itself. Even with “full-power” laser aiming devices such as PEQ-15 or NGAL, civilian ownership is not inherently illegal, though their commercial sale may be restricted or limited depending on the context.

    InvisibleSight products sold by Dragon Tactics are offered for lawful ownership and use within the United States. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding possession and use.

  • The IS-eg was a collaborative product between InvisibleSight and Evolution Gear, an airsoft and milsim brand. While the external appearance of the IS-eg and IS NGAL MK series may look similar at a glance, they are built to very different standards internally.

    Key differences include:

    • Laser diodes: The IS-eg uses China-made VCSEL laser diodes, which can exhibit ring artifacts and reduced illumination performance. The IS NGAL MK series uses U.S.-made mil-spec VCSEL diodes.

    • Manufacturing: IS-eg units are assembled by InvisibleSight, while MK-series units are fully manufactured and QC’d by InvisibleSight from start to finish.

    • Intended use: The IS-eg is positioned as a budget-friendly option suitable for casual training or flat-range use.

      The IS NGAL MK series, particularly the MKV, is engineered for hard use, durability, and sustained performance under recoil and environmental stress.

    In short, while the IS-eg serves a different market segment, the IS MKV represents InvisibleSight’s flagship, duty-grade platform, built without compromise.

  • Yes. All InvisibleSight® products sold by Dragon Tactics include the manufacturer’s warranty. We provide post-sale support and will assist with troubleshooting or warranty coordination if an issue arises.
