Dragon Tactics is committed to standing behind the products we sell. Because we deal in high-value, precision equipment, our warranty and return process is structured to be fair, transparent, and evaluation-based.

Warranty Coverage
All InvisibleSight® products sold by Dragon Tactics are brand-new, authentic units and include the manufacturer’s warranty provided by InvisibleSight.
Warranty coverage applies to verified manufacturing defects and functional issues that are not caused by user error, improper installation, or external damage.
Examples of issues that may qualify for warranty support include:
Internal component or electronics failure
Inability to maintain zero due to internal defect
Functional issues not attributable to mounting or setup
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
Improper mounting or incorrect torque
User-induced damage or modification
Cosmetic wear from normal use
Damage caused by impact, abuse, or misuse
Warranty Process

Dragon Tactics follows a structured evaluation process to ensure issues are handled fairly and efficiently.
Initial Contact
If you experience an issue, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem.
Troubleshooting
We will work with you to rule out common user-related factors such as mounting method, torque values, or configuration issues.
Return Authorization
If further inspection is required, Dragon Tactics will confirm warranty eligibility and issue a Return Authorization (RA).
Return shipping instructions and address are provided only after RA approval.
Inspection & Resolution
Once the item is received, Dragon Tactics will inspect and test the unit to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
If a defect is confirmed, we will ship a replacement unit or issue a full refund, at the customer’s preference.
Resolution is typically completed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for shipping items back to Dragon Tactics for warranty evaluation, unless otherwise specified.
We strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping for all returns.
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than a verified product quality issue (for example, change of mind, incorrect purchase, or buyer’s remorse):
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval
A restocking fee of up to 10% of the price will apply to cover handling, payment processing, and shipping
The product must be returned in like-new condition, with all original packaging and accessories included
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
The exact restocking fee, if applicable, will be communicated and confirmed before a return is approved.
Returns for Reasons Other Than Product Quality

Once an approved return is received and inspected:
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing time by banks or card issuers may vary
